A subsidiary, Lakeside Residential Pte. Ltd., has been formed by the 3 developers, to undertake the development of the Yung Ching Road development.
Part of the SGX-listed firm of Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd, CEL Development is in charge of the property development business segment of the Group.
