Chip Eng Seng, KSH, SingHaiyi tie up again for collective purchase of Park View Mansions at $260m
The Jurong development of Park View Mansions has been sold en bloc at a sale price of $260 million to the 3 Singapore developers of Chip Eng Seng, KSH Holdings and SingHaiyi Group on 28th July 2022.
Due to higher costs of construction and macroeconomic uncertainties, developer Chip Eng Seng has been collaborating with suitable parties when possible when developing a project.
One example is in May 2021, Chip Eng Seng, together with SingHaiyi and Hong Kong-listed Chuan Holdings purchased the District 2 development of Maxwell House for $276.8 million.
