The District 22 condominium of Sora will be jointly developed by the three leading developers of CEL Development Pte Ltd, SingHaiyi Group and KSH Holdings Limited.

The three developers have established a subsidiary, Lakeside Residential Pte. Ltd. to undertake the development of the Jurong Condo.

CEL Development Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd, which is listed in the SGX since 1999. It is responsible for the property development of the Group. The countries which CEL has development projects include Singapore, Australia and Vietnam. Residential properties developed by CEL include Kopar At Newton, Parc Komo, Fulcrum and Grandeur Park Residences. It will subsequently redeveloped the former Peace Centre and Peace Mansion together with Singhaiyi.

SingHaiyi Group started off in the business of property development in the public housing arena. Once successful, SingHaiyi went on to property development in the private residential and commercial sectors. The developer has just launched the District 15 Condo of Grand Dunman. It is also the joint developer, together with CEL, of the District 2 development of TMW Maxwell. Future projects that SingHaiyi will launch besides the former Peace Centre and Peace Mansion, are the former Golden Mile Complex and Skywaters Residences, which is the former AXA Tower.

KSH Holdings Limited is a construction, property development and property management group. It was incepted in 1979 and was listed on the SGX since 2007. The main countries where KSH Holdings are operating in are Singapore, Malaysia and China. Some of the completed residential projects developed by KSH are Lincoln Suites, The Boutiq and Sky Green.
