Developers cautious in bids for state-owned sites in Bukit Timah and Hillview
The Government Land Sales (GLS) site at Hillview Rise drew a total of 4 bids.
The winning bid of $320.77 million was submitted by Far East Civil Engineering and Sekisui House.
With a site area of 10,395,2 square metres, the sale price translate to $1,024 psf ppr.
The developers would jointly develop a 341-unit project named Hillhaven.
